How it knows what happened
While you're in a match, the League client offers a small local interface that tools are allowed to read: your health, your stats and the match's events. sideQuest asks it a few times per second. Nothing is installed into the game and nothing is changed.
Every action goes through sideQuest's safety limits first: hard caps for strength and length, shocks off until you arm them, and STOP on every page.
What you need
- Windows 10 or 11
- An XToys account with your toy connected
- Nothing for League itself
Set up in three steps
After the one-time XToys setup, this is all League needs.
Turn on League
On sideQuest's Games tab, switch League of Legends on. There's nothing to set up in the game.
Choose what you feel
Pick an action for each moment: a fixed strength, one that grows with the damage you took, a ramp or a wave. Damage below a few percent can be ignored.
Queue up
sideQuest notices the match by itself and stops when it ends.
League questions
Can this get me banned in League?
sideQuest only reads the Live Client Data API, which Riot provides on your own PC for tools like this. It doesn't touch Vanguard, the game's memory or its files. No tool can promise what an anti-cheat will do, but sideQuest stays away from everything it looks for.
Does it work in every mode?
It reacts whenever the League client reports a live match on your PC. Events like dragons or turrets only happen on maps that have them.
Can the strength depend on how much damage I took?
Yes. An action can grow with the damage, so a scratch is a tickle and a full combo hits hard, always inside the limits you set.
